ABOUT BRENDAN HEATH
Born and raised in South Africa, he has enormous reverence for the power of stories and the role they play in instilling resilience and hope in human beings, especially those facing adversity. Brendan left South Africa as a teenager and sought refuge in New York, which he now calls home.
He began his career at Ridley Scotts satellite production company in New York and later founded his own production company Absolute Films Content, where he developed and directed major commercials and digital content and has been affiliated with some of the industry's most iconic production companies, including, Smuggler, Believe Media, Company Films, Framestore Pictures, The Sweet Shop, Great Guns, as well as multiple well-established European and Asian production companies.
Brendan has collaborated with leading advertising agencies, including DDB Worldwide, Dentsu, Fallon, FCB, Grey Group, Impact BBDO, McCann Worldgroup, Ogilvy, Publicis Group, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA Worldwide, and Wunderman Thompson.

Growing up on the Indian Ocean, Brendan developed a lifelong passion for the ocean and the myriad of ecosystems extending from its shores. He is a champion of environmental awareness and dedicates his spare time to the plight of wildlife. He is a passionate surfer and paddleboarder.
